Terms of Service
Last updated: July 19, 2026.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Justice Supply Co., LLC, doing business as Justice Supply Co. ("Justice Supply Co.," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using justicesupplyco.com or any related account, alert rule, tool, content, or service (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. About Justice Supply Co.
Justice Supply Co., LLC currently operates an independent collectible tracking and price-research platform, currently focused on sealed Pokémon products. Justice Supply may expand to additional collectible categories in the future.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Justice Supply is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures Inc., any manufacturer, distributor, marketplace, grading company, or other rights holder. Product names, trademarks, logos, and third-party images belong to their respective owners.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use general website features. If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
4. Accounts and Account Security
You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Notify us promptly at Support@justicesupplyco.com if you suspect unauthorized access or account compromise.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account that we reasonably believe is fraudulent, abusive, compromised, unlawful, or otherwise violates these Terms.
5. No Sales, Payments, or Fulfillment
Justice Supply does not sell, offer for sale, ship, or fulfill collectibles through this website, and we do not accept payments here. The Services are informational tracking and price-research tools only.
Any purchase you make elsewhere is a contract between you and that seller or marketplace. We are not a party to it and are not responsible for third-party product condition, authenticity, pricing, fulfillment, returns, availability, or conduct.
6. Product Information, Market Values, and Research Tools
We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product names, release dates, MSRP, market values, price history, pack contents, chase-card data, and other content. Information may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or incorrect.
Market values, tracker data, price history, comparisons, scores, and similar metrics are estimates for general informational purposes. They are not appraisals, investment advice, financial advice, authentication opinions, or guarantees of resale value, savings, availability, or future profit. Prices and availability may change without notice.
7. Collection Tracking
You may record products, quantities, dates, and the prices you paid in your own collection. Those entries are self-reported by you, are not verified by Justice Supply, and any resulting totals, gains, or losses are estimates only.
8. Alerts and Notifications
Alert rules and related tools provide informational, best-effort estimates only. Alert evaluation and delivery depend on available market data, system configuration, and supported notification services. A saved alert does not guarantee a notification will be delivered before a price changes or a product becomes unavailable. Alerts may be delayed, duplicated, unavailable, inaccurate, or based on incomplete data.
9. Third-Party Marketplaces and Affiliate Links
The Services may link to third-party marketplaces or websites. Some outbound links may be affiliate links through which we may receive compensation. Affiliate compensation does not control organic rankings, market values, or other data we publish.
You are responsible for independently reviewing seller ratings, photographs, descriptions, authenticity, product condition, shipping costs, taxes, fees, and return policies before buying anywhere.
16. User Submissions
You retain ownership of photographs, descriptions, notes, links, and other content you submit. You grant Justice Supply Co. a limited, nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, review, and process that content only as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, prevent fraud, maintain records, communicate with you, and operate or improve the Services.
You represent that you have the rights needed to submit the content and that it does not violate law or another person's rights.
17. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Services to:
- engage in illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity;
- access or attempt to access another user's account or nonpublic systems;
- interfere with security, availability, or operation of the Services;
- upload malicious code or conduct attacks, testing, or scanning without permission;
- submit false, misleading, infringing, or abusive content;
- circumvent purchase limits, authentication, access restrictions, or technical safeguards;
- use automated scraping or extraction in a manner that materially burdens, copies, or circumvents the Services;
- spam, harass, impersonate, or mislead others; or
- resell access to proprietary tools or content without written permission.
These restrictions do not prohibit ordinary personal use or normal search-engine indexing that respects applicable technical instructions.
18. Intellectual Property
The Services, including our original branding, logos, website design, software, databases, selection and arrangement, text, graphics, and original content, are owned by or licensed to Justice Supply Co. and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit our protected content without written permission.
Third-party trademarks, product names, artwork, and images remain the property of their respective owners.
19. Electronic Communications
You consent to receive notices and communications electronically, including by email and through the Services. Electronic notices satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing, except where applicable law requires another method. You are responsible for keeping your email address current.
20. Disclaimer of Warranties
Except for express written commitments in a product listing and rights that cannot legally be disclaimed, the Services and informational tools are provided on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties concerning the Services, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.
Nothing in these Terms disclaims an express product promise, warranty, remedy, or consumer right that applicable law does not permit us to waive.
21. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Justice Supply Co. and its members, managers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or related to the Services, informational tools, third-party listings, or inability to access the Services.
For a claim arising directly from a product order placed with Justice Supply Co., our aggregate monetary liability will not exceed the amount you paid to Justice Supply Co. for the specific order giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability arising from intentional misconduct where applicable.
22. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Justice Supply Co. and its members, managers, employees, contractors, and agents from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful conduct, fraudulent submission, infringing user content, or material breach of these Terms. This provision does not require you to indemnify any party for that party's own negligence, intentional misconduct, or violation of law.
23. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services for fraud, security threats, unlawful activity, abuse, quantity-limit circumvention, or a material violation of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, dispute provisions, and accrued rights — will survive.
24. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not otherwise resolved will be brought in the state courts located in Snohomish County, Washington, or, when federal jurisdiction exists, in the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington, except where applicable consumer law permits another forum.
25. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated by an appropriate notice. Changes apply prospectively and will not retroactively change the terms of a completed purchase unless required by law or agreed by the parties.
26. Miscellaneous
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect and the unenforceable provision will be enforced to the greatest extent permitted. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, reorganization, financing, sale, or transfer of our business or assets. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Shipping & Returns Policy, and any order-specific terms form the entire agreement regarding the Services. Headings are for convenience only. Unless expressly stated, these Terms do not create third-party beneficiary rights.
