1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Justice Supply Co., LLC, doing business as Justice Supply Co. Justice Supply currently focuses its public tracking, price-research, portfolio, and alert services on sealed Pokémon products, although the Services may expand to additional collectible categories in the future.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to websites, marketplaces, payment services, or other third parties that we do not own or control. Those third parties have their own privacy practices.

2. Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on how you use the Services and may include the categories below.

Account and profile information. We may collect your name, email address, account credentials or authentication identifiers, account preferences, saved products, watchlists, and alert settings.

Collection information. When you track items, we collect the products, quantities, dates, and purchase prices you choose to record. We do not sell products and do not collect payment information on this website.

Alerts and communications. We may store alert rules and notification preferences, including selected products, target prices, restock preferences, and unsubscribe status, along with the content of messages you send to us. Email delivery may not be available for every alert type or during every stage of the Services.

Tracker information. We may process product information, tracked products, watchlists, saved preferences, and related activity. If you use these tools while signed in, activity may be associated with your account.

Technical and usage information. We and our service providers may automatically collect information such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, timestamps, cookie or local-storage identifiers, approximate location derived from IP address, and security or diagnostic logs.

Information from service providers and other sources. We may receive information from authentication providers, email or notification providers, analytics providers, fraud-prevention services, marketplaces, and other vendors that support the Services.

3. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

  • operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Services;
  • create and administer accounts and saved preferences;

  • comply with law, legal process, and lawful government requests, and protect our rights, users, property, and safety.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Services may use cookies, local storage, authentication tokens, pixels, log files, and similar technologies for account login, security, preferences, site functionality, analytics, performance, and affiliate attribution. Some technologies are necessary for the Services to function. Others may be provided by third parties.

You may be able to control cookies through your browser or device settings. Blocking or deleting cookies or local storage may prevent login, saved preferences, alerts, or other features from working correctly.

5. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information to service providers that perform services for us, including hosting, database management, authentication, email and notifications, analytics, website performance, fraud prevention, security, accounting, insurance, and legal compliance. These providers receive information as reasonably necessary to perform services for us and are subject to their own legal and contractual obligations.

We may also disclose information: (a) to comply with law, court orders, subpoenas, or lawful government requests; (b) to investigate or prevent fraud, abuse, security threats, or unlawful activity; (c) to protect the rights, property, safety, and integrity of Justice Supply Co., our users, or others; (d) in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, sale, reorganization, bankruptcy, or transfer of all or part of our business; and (e) at your direction or with your consent.

6. Sale of Personal Information

Justice Supply Co. does not sell personal information for money. We also do not share your email address with unrelated third parties for their own direct marketing.

Some state laws define terms such as "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising" broadly. Whether a particular analytics, advertising, or affiliate activity falls within those definitions depends on the technology used and applicable legal thresholds. If applicable law requires an opt-out or other choice for our practices, we will provide it.

7. Affiliate Links and Third-Party Services

The Services may contain affiliate links and links to third-party marketplaces or websites. We may receive compensation if you follow or purchase through an affiliate link. Sponsorships and affiliate relationships do not control market values or organic rankings.

When you leave our Services or interact with a third party, that third party may collect information under its own privacy policy. We are not responsible for the privacy, security, content, products, or conduct of third-party services.

8. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including account administration, customer service, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, security, tax and accounting obligations, legal compliance, and enforcement of agreements. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information, the nature of our relationship with you, and applicable legal requirements.

Deletion from active systems may not immediately remove information from backups, archives, fraud-prevention records, or records we are legally required or reasonably permitted to retain.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information in light of its nature and the risks involved. No method of internet transmission, electronic storage, or security control is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your Choices and Privacy Requests

You may update certain account information and preferences through your account, where available. You may unsubscribe from promotional or alert emails by using the unsubscribe link in the message or contacting us. Transactional and security communications may continue while you maintain an account or an active transaction.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information by emailing Support@justicesupplyco.com. You may also request account deletion. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We may retain information when reasonably necessary or legally required for transactions, taxes, accounting, fraud prevention, security, disputes, legal claims, or enforcement of agreements.

11. State Privacy Rights

Residents of certain states may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, subject to legal thresholds, definitions, exceptions, and verification requirements. These rights may include access, correction, deletion, portability, or the ability to opt out of certain processing. To submit a request, email Support@justicesupplyco.com. We will respond as required by applicable law and will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a protected privacy right.

12. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe a child under 13 provided personal information to us, contact Support@justicesupplyco.com so we can review and take appropriate action.

13. International Visitors

Justice Supply Co. is operated from the United States. If you access the Services from another country, your information may be processed and stored in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate, which may have different data-protection laws than your country.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
